Alright, so, I’d like to tell you about my colleague, Anh, who is someone with very strong opinions. We work together at a marketing agency in Ho Chi Minh City. From the moment you meet her, you can sense her confidence and assertiveness. She’s the kind of person who isn’t afraid to speak her mind, whether in a casual conversation or a formal meeting.

In team discussions, Anh is always the first to voice her ideas. I remember once we were debating a campaign strategy for a big client. Most of us were leaning towards a safe, traditional approach. But Anh challenged us to think differently. She passionately advocated for a more innovative angle, backing up her stance with market research and trends. All eyes were on her as she laid out her arguments.

What I admire about Anh is that while she has strong opinions, she’s also open to dialogue. She encourages others to share their thoughts and isn’t dismissive of opposing views. However, she holds her ground firmly when she believes she’s right. This sometimes leads to heated debates, but it also pushes our team to consider perspectives we might have overlooked.
